The World Poker Tour’s 2007 Foxwoods Poker Classic championship event resumes today at the world’s largest casino as 56 players continue the battle for the 40 paid spots and a seat at the televised final table.
Leading the field after day two is Casey Griswold, who banked over $190,000 last week at Foxwoods after winning a $1,850 buy-in preliminary event. Other notable players still vying for the $1.2 million first place prize include John Hennigan, Paul Darden, Nam Le, Amnon Filippi, Ted Lawson, Matt Glantz, Kyle Bowker, Darrel Dicken, John Racener, Eugene Fouksman, Chris Bell, Jean-Roberte Bellande, Allen Kessler and Bill Gazes.
